ORDERS
How do I know if my order has been received or when it ships?
NorSari will send you an order confirmation and a subsequent alert when the item has shipped. You are always welcome to reach us at contact@norsari.com to receive up-to-date information on any order.
Can I cancel or change my NorSari order?
You can cancel your order at any time; however, our fulfillment times are immediate so to affect the product shipping please contact Customer Service within 30 minutes of submitting the order. We can then cancel the transaction and you are welcome to begin the purchase process again. If we are unable to cancel your order you will be provided a return label. We are unable to change an order once it has been submitted.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What are the shipping options?
Always free standard shipping is included for orders $150 or more.
US Domestic standard shipping is a flat rate and averages 4 to 5 business days.
Shipping to Alaska is not standard shipping and has a specified rate. Alaska does not apply to Free Shipping Promotions.
Orders to the state of Alaska take additional transit time. Expect at least 14 delivery days.
We do offer an Expedited Shipping. It is a flat rate and is an estimated two-to-three business day shipping time frame. It is not overnight.
NorSari does not offer Next Day delivery.
NorSari & SunSari are shipped by our friends at Amazon and WTB Logistics. As a result we are not able to accommodate specific shipping instructions such as selecting a particular carrier.

RETURNS
What is the NorSari return policy?
Our return policy is 30 days from receipt of your purchase. Please make sure your item is unused and in new condition. If the item is not in new condition you may be charged a refurbishment fee.
SALE ITEMS AND PROMOTIONAL PRICED ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGABLE (except in the case of product defects)
On all Full-price items NorSari will provide a pre-paid return label through NorSari customer service. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must be provided a return label in order to receive credit on any purchase.
How do I return my NorSari order?
Please email us at contact@norsari.com to request a return label.
Where is my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund credit will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges
NorSari is an online business, so we are not able to exchange products through NorSari customer service. The simple way is to request a return on the original purchase and then re-order the correct item and size. These will be separate transactions.
NEWSLETTER MEMBERSHIP
What is a Newsletter Membership?
The Newsletter is our email list that you can voluntarily subscribe. We will not mail you information other than Order status without your consent. NorSari will notify our ‘Newsletter – Mailing List’ first for all new arrivals, promotions, and sale. We send a very limited number of emails per season. Please join.

Does NorSari have a warranty?
We stand behind all our products quality. If you are unsatisfied, please contact Customer Service.
How do I clean my NorSari?
Classic and Handmade NorSari should be dry cleaned only. Our products are made with many different fabric qualities, but all should be professionally cleaned. SunSari can be machine washed warm and tumble dried on low. NorSari Sports we recommend wiping clean with wet cloth, hand wash cold if needed and hang dry.
How do I find the right size and fit?

What is the difference in fabrics that make a NorSari?
We use many fabrications in all our wraps. The most common is a 50% wool and 50% acrylic (polyester). The blend provides a much softer and smoother feel to the NorSari. This also is a more protective material from wear, tear and spills.
How do I tell how heavy the fabric of my NorSari is?

Do styles get re-stocked or replenished? I have seen styles in the past I would like to see again.
NorSari is by nature a seasonal and fashion business. However our most popular and core styles are replenished or return to the collection each season. We are mindful of the best sellers and continue to offer more depth in sizing and make every effort to re-create our best patterns.
Is NorSari available in retail stores?
We have had some wonderful retail partners over the years but as a general answer NorSari is exclusively an online business.
What does “NorSari” mean?
NorSari is our brand name and is not a literal definition. It comes from our interpretation of a Nordic Sari which is a warm and protective wrap intended for just that purpose.
What is the recommended way to store a NorSari or use as a throw?
To prevent damage to the NorSari itself or any fabric-based furniture we recommend affixing the Velcro to each other when not wearing the wrap. The Velcro can attach to vulnerable fabrications and cause adhesion.
