Standard shipping is included in the price!
NorSari & SunSari are shipped by our friends at Amazon and WTB Logistics. As a result we are not able to accommodate specific shipping instructions such as selecting a particular carrier.
Our return policy is 30 days from receipt of your purchase. Please make sure your item is unused and in new condition.
NorSari will provide a pre-paid return label through NorSari customer service. You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item without a provided label. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your Refund or Exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund credit will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
NorSari is not able to exchange products through NorSari customer service. Your return and re-order, should you choose, will be separate transactions.
