Shipping & Returns
NorSari & SunSari are shipped by our friends at Amazon. As a result we are not able to accommodate specific shipping instructions such as selecting a particular carrier.
Our return policy is 30 days from receipt of your purchase. Please make sure your item is unused and in new condition.
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In some cases we will provide a pre-paid return label through NorSari customer service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your Refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund credit will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Unfortunately we are not able to handle exchanges through NorSari customer service. Your return and re-order, should you choose, must be separate transactions.
