Always free standard shipping is included for orders $200 or more.
US domestic standard shipping is a flat rate and averages 4 to 5 business days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
- We do offer an Expedited Shipping. It is a flat rate and is an estimated two-to-three- business day shipping time frame
- NorSari does not offer next day delivery
- NorSari & SunSari are shipped by our friends at Amazon Logistics and WTB Logistics. Due to automation we are unable to accommodate specific shipping instructions such as selecting a particular carrier
Live in Alaska?
- Shipping to Alaska is not standard shipping and has a specified rate. Alaska does not apply to free shipping promotions
- Orders to the state of Alaska take additional transit time. Expect at least 14 business delivery days
- Expedited Shipping to Alaska is not available

RETURNS FAQ
What is the NorSari Return Policy?
- Our return policy is 30 days from receipt of your purchase on full-priced items. Please make sure your item is unused and in new condition. If the item is not in new condition you may be charged a refurbishment fee
- Sale items and promotional items are final, non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable (except in the case of product defects).

- NorSari will provide a pre-paid return label through NorSari customer service. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must be provided a return label in order to receive credit on any purchase
How do I return my NorSari order?

Where is my Refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to the email address on the original order to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund credit will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
Exchanges?
- NorSari is an online business, so we are not able to exchange products through NorSari customer service. The simple way is to request a return on the original purchase and then re-order the correct item and size. These will be separate transactions
