Shipping
Always free standard shipping is included for orders $200 or more.
US Domestic standard shipping is a flat rate and averages 4 to 5 business days.
Shipping to Alaska is not standard shipping and has a specified rate. Alaska does not apply to Free Shipping Promotions.
Orders to the state of Alaska take additional transit time. Expect at least 14 delivery days.
We do offer an Expedited Shipping. It is a flat rate and is an estimated two-to-three-day shipping time frame. It is not overnight. NorSari does not offer Next Day delivery.
NorSari & SunSari are shipped by our friends at Amazon and WTB Logistics. As a result we are not able to accommodate specific shipping instructions such as selecting a particular carrier.

RETURNS
What is the NorSari return policy?
Our return policy is 30 days from receipt of your purchase. Please make sure your item is unused and in new condition. If the item is not in new condition you may be charged a refurbishment fee.
SALE ITEMS AND PROMOTIONAL PRICED ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGABLE (except in the case of product defects)
On all Full-price items NorSari will provide a pre-paid return label through NorSari customer service. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must be provided a return label in order to receive credit on any purchase.
NorSari's are made with different fabrications and materials but always in the same dimensions and functionality.
This NorSari is our lightest weight fabric. Not only does it function as wrap and a throw it can be worn as a shawl. This fabric is year-round weight and is around 400g
This NorSari is in our Cub Class. The fabric is medium weight and our most popular of all NorSari's. These fabrics are between 500 to 700 grams
This NorSari is in our Kodiak Class. The fabric is heavy weight and super warm. These fabrics are between 750 to 900 grams
This indicates the NorSari or SunSari is weatherproof. Made with a protective polyurethane shell that repels the elements like rain or snow.
