SMALL (wraps are 49" wide and a length of 31")

• Women's sizes 2 - 4 - 6 - 8 (if size 8 and wider in the hips try the size medium)
• Men's sizes 28" - 32"

MEDIUM (wraps are 55" wide and a length of 31")

• Women's sizes 10 - 12 - 14 (if size 14 and wider in the hips try the size large)
• Men's sizes 33" - 36"

LARGE (wraps are 61" wide and a length of 31")

• Women's sizes 16 - 18 - 20 *(if size 20 and wider in the hips try the size x-large)
• Men's sizes 37" - 42"

X-LARGE (wraps are 71" wide and a length of 31")

Additional Notations:

• NorSari Sport and SunSari size large are only 57" wide and a length of 31". As a result the size large will only fit to a women's 16
• Made-in-Minnesota NorSari are subject to couture variations and may slightly deviate from the above estimations based on the fabric

THE PONCHO (OS - one size is a small / medium)

• O-S is only offered in one size. It is equivalent to the S-M below.  The product will fit a size 4 - 10, Our model is a size 4 in sweaters and coats and she is wearing a size small NorSari 
• S-M is the same as OS and will fit 4 - 10
• L-XL will fit 12 - 20

NorSari are made with different fabrications and materials but always in the same dimensions and functionality. 

   This fabric is Light Weight not only functions as wrap and a throw, it can also be worn as a shawl. This fabric is year-round weight and is around 400 grams

This fabric is Medium Weight is our most popular and versatile of all NorSari. These fabrics are between 500 to 700 grams

   This fabric is Heavy Weight and super warm and cozy. These fabrics are between 750 to 900 grams

     This indicates the NorSari or SunSari is Weatherproof. Made with a protective polyurethane shell that repels the elements like rain or snow.

SHIPPING FAQ

Always free standard shipping is included for orders $150 or more.

US domestic standard shipping is a flat rate and averages 4 to 5 business days.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

• We do offer an Expedited Shipping. It is a flat rate and is an estimated two-to-three- business day shipping time frame
• NorSari does not offer next day delivery
• NorSari & SunSari are shipped by our friends at Amazon Logistics and WTB Logistics. Due to automation we are unable to accommodate specific shipping instructions such as selecting a particular carrier

Live in Alaska?

• Shipping to Alaska is not standard shipping and has a specified rate. Alaska does not apply to free shipping promotions
• Orders to the state of Alaska take additional transit time. Expect at least 14 business delivery days
• Expedited Shipping to Alaska is not available

RETURNS FAQ

What is the NorSari Return Policy?

• Our return policy is 30 days from receipt of your purchase on full-priced items. Please make sure your item is unused and in new condition. If the item is not in new condition you may be charged a refurbishment fee
• Sale items and promotional items are a final sale. They are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable (except in the case of product defects). 
• NorSari will provide a pre-paid return label through NorSari customer service.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• You must be provided a return label in order to receive credit on any purchase

How do I return my NorSari order?

• Please email us at contact@norsari.com to request a return label

Where is my Refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to the email address on the original order to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund credit will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

Exchanges?

• NorSari is an online business, so we are not able to exchange products through NorSari customer service. The simple way is to request a return on the original purchase and then re-order the correct item and size. These will be separate transactions
