   This fabric is Light Weight not only functions as wrap and a throw, it can also be worn as a shawl. This fabric is year-round weight and are around 400 to 500 grams

This fabric is Medium Weight is our most popular and versatile of all NorSari. These fabrics are between 500 to 750 grams

   This fabric is Heavy Weight and super warm and cozy. These fabrics are between 750 to 900 grams

     This indicates the NorSari or SunSari is Weatherproof. Made with a protective polyurethane shell that repels the elements like rain or snow.

SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is included for orders of $200 or more.

US domestic standard shipping is a flat rate and averages 4 to 5 business days. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates particularly during the high-volume holiday timeframe. Due to automation, we are unable to accommodate specific instructions such as selecting a particular carrier.

NorSari products are distributed and shipped by our partners Amazon Logistics and WTB Logistics.

Expedited Shipping

We do offer Expedited Shipping. It is a flat rate and is an estimated two-to-three- business day shipping time frame

NorSari does not offer overnight or next-day delivery

Live in Alaska

Shipping to Alaska is not standard shipping and has a specified rate. Alaska does not apply to free shipping promotions

Orders to the state of Alaska take additional transit time. Expect at least 14 business delivery days

Expedited Shipping to Alaska is not available

RETURNS

NorSari would like you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept the return of items that are in new condition with original tags. Return items cannot be washed, worn, or altered.

Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date to receive a refund. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. If the item is not in new condition, you may be charged a refurbishment fee, or the item may be returned to you. 

Holiday Policy Extension: We want you to shop with confidence while allowing gift recipients the proper time to return items. if needed. NorSari will be extending its Return Policy during the holiday shopping period. Full-Price Merchandise purchased between November 15th and December 15th must be returned by January 15^th, 2027. Return labels for purchases within this time frame will expire after the 15^th of January 2027.

NorSari will provide a pre-paid return label through NorSari customer service. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A $6 return shipping fee, per return, will be deducted from the refund. You must be provided with a return label to receive credit on any purchase. If the return label is not activated within 10 days of being issued NorSari will consider the return void.

How do I return my NorSari order?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to the email address on the original order to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund credit will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

Sale-Price Merchandise

Sale items (products discounted by 15% or more) may be subject to specific return terms. Please check the specific product page for return provisions on sale or promotional events. Sale prices may only be honored during event time frames. Sale items and promotional items may be marked a final sale or incur a restocking fee (except in the case of product defects).

Final Sale items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Gift Cards do not expire, but cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Gifts With Purchase cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

EXCHANGES

NorSari does not offer online exchange of products. contact@norsari.com will make every effort to simplify the process, but often the facility that processes the returns are not the same location as the facility that ships the product. The simple way is to request a return on the original purchase and then re-order the correct item and size. These will be separate transactions
